What the Assessment asks
The Assessment asks about 3 things:
- Your week: your sleep, energy, stress, pain and mood, and how many good days you had last week.
- What you want more of, so your month fits you.
- Your safety: the questions a person on the team must read before your first session.
Most questions show only when they apply to you. It takes about 10 minutes.
Why we ask
Your answers build your report: what is in your way, why it keeps happening and the month that fits. Your safety answers tell us whether a therapy is right for you today, or whether to ask you to check with your doctor first.
Who reads your answers
Your answers are kept private. A person on the team reads your safety answers before your first session. Your report is free, whether or not you join.
Your health answers
The safety questions in the Assessment ask about your health, so we know whether a therapy is right for you today, or whether to ask you to check with your doctor first. A person on the team reads them before your first session. Your answers are kept private.
The full policy comes at launch
